பாதசாரியின் பாதுகாப்பே சாலை பாதுகாப்பில் முதல் அம்சம் Ashok pillar signal, Chennai - No Free Left Turn board  In India, Most of the cities, Roads are designed mainly for vehicles movement only.  Like this in Chennai, at Very very few places, there is a sign board stating " NO FREE lfet turn " for Vehicles.  Mostly they are giving just 10 secs for pedestrians to cross.
