  I nitially we planned to dig only the pits on the hills on October 3 rd.  But Nature invited us at the down hill with a pleasant drizzle.  When we were hesitating to climb on the hill when it was wet, sky immediately cleared and weather became bright. The Forest Way , Tiruvannamalai , an organisation into tree planting on Tiruvannamalai hill, helped us with Banyan & Peepul tree saplings. That Organisation's Mr. Kartik & wild life photographer Mr. Kumar helped us in getting us the saplings. . They also shared their experience in preventing the fire from destroying the saplings as they do in the Annamalai hill. F or the last three years the Youth of Malamanjanur have now become a society as " Green Malamanjanur Responsible Youth association " and helped us this year too in tree plantation.
