அதன் தொடர்ச்சியாக கடந்த ஜுன் 24 அன்று திருவண்ணாமலை மாவட்டம் மலையனூர் செக்கடி கிராமத்திலிருந்து அருகில் உள்ள பொன்னை ஆற்று ( தென் பெண்ணை ஆற்று ) படுகையில் உள்ள காப்புக் காடுகளில் சிறுவர்கள் தாங்கள் செய்திருந்த வில்வ விதை பந்தை தூவினர்.  ஏதேச்சையாக அங்கு ரோந்து பணியில் ஈடுபட்டிருந்த வனவர் திரு. தட்சிணா மூர்த்தி மற்றும் வனக் காவலர் திரு. ராஜேஷ் சிறுவர்களுக்கு வனத்தின் தன்மையை விளக்கி மரங்கள் குறைந்த இடங்களில் விதை பந்துகளை தூவ வழிக் காட்டினர். 

In sequence to the above activities, the Children from Malayanoor Chekkadi Village in Tiruvannamalai District, went in to the reserve forest of Then Pennai river bed and sown the Vilvam seed balls in the forest area. The same time, Forester Mr. Dakshina Murthy and Forest Guard Mr. Rajesh who were on rounds inside the forest too joined us and guided the children to sow the vilvam seeds in minimum tree cover area in this deciduous forest, which is full of shrubs.

பொறுப்புள்ள குடிமக்கள் இயக்கம் இது போன்ற சிறுவர்களை வைத்து நடத்துவதே, இவர்களின் எதிர்காலம் பசுமையாக ஆக்க, சிறுவர்களே பொறுப்பு ஏற்க பழக்கி, வருடந்தோறும் கால நிலைக்கு ஏற்ப பல விதைகளை மரக் கன்றுகளை சிறுவர்கள் முன்னெடுப்பால் பெரியவர்களும் இது போன்ற காடுகள் மீட்டுருவாக்கத்தில் பங்கெடுத்து காடுகளை வளமாக்க முன்வர வேண்டும். விறகுகள் எடுக்க மட்டுமே காடுகள் என்ற மன நிலையை மாற்றி காடு செழித்தால் தான் நாடு செழிக்கும் என்பதை மக்கள் மனதில் ஆழ பதிய செய்யவே இந்த முயற்சி. "நமது காடு நாம் தான் பராமரிக்க வேண்டும் என்ற எண்ணம் வலுப்பெற்று "காந்தாரா" திரைபடத்தில் காண்பிப்பது போல் வனத்துறையுடன் இணைந்து கிராம மக்கள் பணியாற்ற வேண்டும்.

Responsible Citizens iYakkam organises these kind of events, to make Children more responsible and take charge of their Green Future. Gradually, RCi, expects the village elders motivated by children's' enthusiasm should organise regular events to put seed balls and plant tree saplings inside these kind of less dense deciduous forest with only shrubs to grow taller trees. It is high time villagers realize that the forest is not only for collecting fire wood but thick forest can only make the village prosperous. Like in the movie " Kantara", Villagers should work in tandem with Forest Department to develop and protect the forest cover. 

பொறுப்புள்ள குடிமக்கள் இயக்கம் துவக்குனர் திரு. கிருஷ்ண குமார் , மற்றும் மலையனூர் செக்கடி காசி விஸ்வநாதர் கோவில் நிர்வாகிகள் திரு. அசோக் குமார், திரு. செல்வ ராஜ் மற்றும் திரு. தென்னரசு - சிறுவர்களை ஒரு ஆல மரத்தை பாதுகாப்பது போல் நிற்க வைத்து " மரங்களை காப்போம் மழையை பெறுவோம்" என்று உறுதி மொழி எடுத்தனர்.

Resposnible Citizens iYakkam's Initiator Mr. S. Krishna Kumar and trustees of Malayanoor Chekkadi Siva Temple Mr. Ashok Kumar, Mr, Selva Raj and Mr. Thennarasu organised the children to stand around the trees and took a pledge to " Protect the Trees and Get Rains" .
